On 17 October 2026 the Crafts Museum Ovelgönne is bathed in a very special light from 6 PM. Spooky atmosphere, magical surroundings and unforgettable encounters await visitors of all ages.
Light and shadow transform familiar rooms and objects into an entirely new world. Historic workshops, everyday objects and collection pieces that seem perfectly ordinary by day suddenly tell quite different stories in the evening light.
What to Expect
Torch-lit tours lead through the spookily decorated exhibition rooms of the museum. Anyone who looks closely will discover surprising insights into objects and their stories. Costumes are expressly welcome, whether ghost, witch, knight or whatever your imagination comes up with.
Food and drinks will be available in the museum garden.
