Your Questions, Our Answers

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 to 3 working days. For urgent matters please give us a call. We are available by phone on Tuesday to Friday mornings.
We recommend a lead time of at least two weeks to ensure the availability of our volunteer guides. For shorter notice requests please just get in touch and we will do our best to find a solution.
Yes, we offer tours in German, English and also in Low German (op Plattdüütsch). Please indicate your preferred language when booking.
Free parking is available directly at the museum and along Breite Straße. There is also sufficient space for coaches nearby.
Take bus line 422 (VBN) to the stop "Ovelgönne Schule". From there it is approximately 300 metres on foot. The nearest railway station is Brake (Unterweser), about 8 km away.
